With years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and supporting modern IT environments, Joe specializes in translating complex technology into practical solutions that businesses can rely on every day. Joe works closely with organizations to build and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure—covering everything from network architecture and server deployments to cloud services, cybersecurity, and Microsoft 365 administration. His approach is simple: technology should empower a business, not slow it down.
Through JET-Tech Networking, Joe supports a wide range of clients including small businesses, nonprofits, and growing organizations that need enterprise-level expertise without maintaining a full internal IT department. Rachel brings a creative, detail-driven approach to JET-Tech Networking’s marketing and client communication. With over 10 years of experience in small-business branding and digital outreach, she focuses on making tech feel clear, accessible, and user-friendly for our customers. By managing our online presence, community engagement, and visual branding, she plays a key role in helping JET-Tech deliver a polished, trustworthy experience across every platform. If she's not at the desk, Rachel enjoys hosting dinner parties, spending time with family and friends, and savoring long summer days.
Angie Tenne — Business Manager
As Business Manager for JET-Tech Networking, Angie plays a key role in keeping the company organized, compliant, and financially on track. She manages bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, licensing, and tax coordination, ensuring that day-to-day operations run efficiently and seamlessly.
When she’s not supporting JET-Tech, Angie is busy running her own massage and wellness business. Her idea of stress release comes in the form of yoga practice, motorcycle rides, and quality time with her fur babies.
